RADMEDIA CASE FILES

RadMedia built the Artist Hub to help independent artists identify what is missing from their foundation and connect those problems to real support.

You finished the song. It sounds good. The cover art is ready and you are already thinking about the release date. Cool. But before you upload that record, I need you to slow down for a minute.

A finished song does not automatically mean you are ready to release it.

There are a few things that should already be in place if you want the music to be protected, tracked, presented properly, and given a real chance to grow. This is foundation work. It may not be the exciting part, but skipping it can leave money, opportunities, and ownership sitting on the table.

Here are seven things every independent artist should have before releasing music.

The Problem

Independent artists often know something is missing, but they do not always know what.

The issue may be copyright, branding, release preparation, catalog organization, marketing, revenue, or the basic business structure behind the music.

Too many artist tools identify a problem and then send the user into another endless chain of checklists, videos, and automated advice.

RadMedia wanted a clearer path.

The Artist Hub was created to help artists understand where the gaps are and connect those gaps to real support.

The Goal

The goal was not to build another website full of information.

The goal was to create a practical system that feels simple, fast, and useful on both desktop and mobile.

An artist should be able to enter the platform, complete an assessment, understand the result, and know what to do next.

The experience also needed to reflect RadMedia’s larger position: technology can help identify the issue, but real development still requires people, judgment, and execution.

What RadMedia Built

RadMedia developed a branded Artist Hub using a black, orange, and white visual system.

The platform includes artist foundation assessments, catalog and release-readiness tools, music-business resources, checklists, calculators, and direct service pathways.

The tools were designed to organize complicated music-business topics into a cleaner experience.

Each assessment helps the artist identify the areas that need attention without requiring an email address or forcing the user through unnecessary steps.

The Decision That Changed the Platform

One of the most important decisions was removing the endless tool-to-tool loop.

If an artist has a foundation problem, sending them to another checklist does not solve the problem.

The platform was changed so qualified users are directed toward direct RadMedia contact and service support.

That decision became part of the larger RadMedia position:

“In a world full of AI, we still answer the phone.”

The tool identifies the gap. RadMedia helps do the work.

Why This Case Matters

Why This Case Matters

The RadMedia Artist Hub shows how the company combines music-industry knowledge, artist development, strategy, design, and digital execution.

It is not just a collection of web pages.

It is a working example of how RadMedia turns years of experience into systems artists can understand and use.

The project also supports a larger mission: helping independent artists build the foundation beneath the music before more time, money, and opportunity are lost.

That is the work behind the platform.
